Dedication but no thought
It's obvious dedication was put into creating the visuals and audio, the only problem is 1) there's no story/plot, 2) making it up as you go along is great if you're posting to newgrounds, but is not professional, and 3) what does exist is only compelling purely due to the visuals/audio. If this were a feature length film I'd walk out after 5 minutes. Since you're so good at the visuals, it's a squandering of talent not to couple it with real content.

But, your drawings are kind of an eye sore. These 'movies' would probably go over a lot better if you took real pictures (especially of Arnold) and edited the mouths, like other Arnold call flashes do.
As for the actual clip, it was pretty funny.

Somehow I doubt it was ever anything greater, but the clock crew is just an informal gathering of what-appear-to-be mostly pre-teens/young teens who whine on forums and contribute to a LOT of the garbage found here on newgrounds. There are maybe two or three half-decent flash artists in the clock crew total. The rest of them just steal graphics, use light tweening, and get their scores ridiculously boosted by other clocks.
The only good thing that's ever come from them is foamy-bashing, and, ironically, they're hypocritical about even that. They do the exact same things illwillpress does to make his terrible movies, and even managed to create the pube muppet series, which is considerably worse than even foamy.

Well, a big square of letters individually getting darker, then lighter again isn't exactly my idea of a matrix effect. Oh, and what kind of actionscript is that? Flash 4? Lower? Of the few people that still use Flash 4-, I'll guarantee you none of them are reading this tutorial. So the scripts probably do nothing but confuse.

The first movie I've seen on newgrounds in a long time that's just plain kicked some ass. I loved it, and I don't say that about a lot of movies here.

You say this is meant to be a stereotypical flash trailer... yet it looks like some real effort was put into it (somewhat, anyway). Then you throw in some cliche music, more or less ruining it. How can you purposefully try to make it good and bad at the same time? That doesn't convey your supposed 'trailer satire' message very well, or, really, at all.
The only thing bad about this was the music. Ironically, if you didn't try to make it "stereotypical," the score would definitely be higher. Try to make up your mind.
To tell you the truth, I dont really get it either. I just sat down at my computer with a fucked up idea, and a few hours later I spewed this. I did put some effort into it, but it was merely just another "Folgers"-esque flash if you ask me.

Of the 50 or so movies you've submitted (wish I was exaggerating here), the only award you've ever won is Turd of the Week. Twice. Every movie you make is exactly like every other one.
